Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Having a positive attitude towards your guest always.
- Complete food, alcohol and allergen awareness training.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders and assist with bussing tables when necessary.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage tabs.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations within the bar environment.
- Stay updated on current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role or similar position within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Familiarity with toast or similar POS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
