Weekend Front Desk & Breakfast Attendant
Best Western San Marcos Inn – Morro Bay, CA
Best Western San Marcos Inn is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to work three morning shifts each week.
Schedule:
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Monday
- Morning shifts
Pay: $19.00 per hour
This position is a combination of Front Desk Agent and Breakfast Attendant duties. You'll be the first person our guests see each morning, so we're looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and requests
- Prepare, stock, and maintain the complimentary breakfast area
- Keep the breakfast room clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform general front desk and hotel duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required
