Residential building located in Coney Island/Brighton Beach area of South Brooklyn, next to Q and F trains, is seeking a maintenance worker.
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week), 8 hour shifts during the day and/or evening and on weekends. Offering a competitive salary, paid time off, medical & pension benefits through the union.
Seeking a candidate who:
- has at least 3 years of building maintenance experience;
- has basic knowledge of building plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering and carpentry;
- has basic customer-service skills, can answer the phone and write work tickets;
- is hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision.
