Responsibilities
- Help customers find products and answer questions
- Operate the cash register accurately
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Receive and put away inventory
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries
- Support teammates and daily operations
Qualifications
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Retail, cashier, hardware, or customer service experience is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Five days per week, including Sundays
- Overtime eligible
- Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
