Dowhower Personal Care is a small home focused on resident care. We are currently seeking a Med Tech/Direct Care Aide for part time Weekend night shift. The right candidate for this position will be caring, compassionate, and dependable.
Part time Weekend Night Shift
5PM - 12Midnight OR 12 Midnight - 6AM
Job Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents
- Manage office duties (greet visitors, answer telephone, fax, copy, file documents, etc.)
- Ensure residents needs are met
- Complete annual resident assessment support plans
- Schedule doctor appointments and arrange transportation
- Cover shifts in emergencies
- Provide direct care to residents
Required qualifications and skills
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexible to change
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
