Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media director to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of how to engage audiences across various platforms. This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives, assist at marketing events and more importantly increase sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
- Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and toast
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate web and e-commerce efforts.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Produce high-quality graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional content.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage public relations efforts through effective communication on social media platforms.
