About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Press Technician, you will be instrumental in driving manufacturing excellence by managing complex press setups and ensuring the highest standards of production quality. You will leverage your technical expertise in progressive die operations to optimize throughput and mentor team members, directly contributing to the success of our high-volume production environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups for large-scale presses, including intricate draws, forms, and progressive die configurations to meet production targets.

Analyze blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise machine calibration and part accuracy.

Perform root cause analysis on mechanical or tooling malfunctions, collaborating with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify that all components meet rigorous quality specifications.

Streamline production workflows by staging materials efficiently and prioritizing tasks via digital dispatch systems.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by documenting standardized work instructions and mentoring junior operators.

Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workspace while adhering to all operational safety protocols.

3+ years of hands-on experience in metal stamping or heavy industrial press operations.

Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical documentation.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve tooling and press-related technical issues.
