100% Commission-Based Position + Performance Bonuses
This is a strictly commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. There is no hourly wage or base salary. High performers have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions along with performance-based bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Velo Property Solutions is a fast-growing commercial property maintenance company providing janitorial services, commercial landscaping, pressure washing, floor care, and exterior maintenance throughout Arizona. We partner with apartment communities, medical facilities, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, HOAs, and other commercial clients.
We’re seeking an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing commercial service contracts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct property walkthroughs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and pricing.
- Follow up consistently on leads and estimates.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and activity records.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
