Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process payments
- Answer customer inquiries
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Perform general office duties including cleaning, inventory, and organization
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Fast learner
- Competent with technology
- Comfortable with sales
- Cash handling
Bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of massage techniques
- Spa/massage/health club experience or other related experience
- Sales Experience
