As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children and families, applying evidence-based strategies grounded in behavior science, psychology, child development, and learning principles.
This role is a great opportunity for individuals with backgrounds or interests in psychology, behavioral science, child development, education, special education, healthcare, social work, counseling, human development, speech therapy, occupational therapy, childcare, and related fields.

What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician at Growth Mindset ABA, you will:
- Provide 1:1, play-based ABA services in home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies developed by your BCBA
- Use evidence-based behavioral interventions and positive reinforcement strategies to support skill development
- Help children build communication, social, adaptive, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and daily living skills
- Apply principles of behavior analysis, learning theory, motivation, and child development in everyday interactions
- Utilize strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices that respect and support each child's unique abilities
- Collect session data and monitor progress to inform clinical decision-making and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate closely with families and supervising BCBAs to support meaningful developmental goals
- Create engaging, positive learning experiences that foster confidence, independence, and growth
- Contribute to a supportive environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and behaviorally

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required)
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes within a 20 mile radius. (required)
- Experience working with children in any enviornment (preferred)
