Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our flooring installation team. This is a hands-on role in residential and commercial environments involving all stages of flooring installation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with flooring installation (Luxury vinyl plank and tile, laminate, ¾ hardwood, sheet vinyl, carpet etc.)
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
- Follow direction from lead installers and supervisors
- Use tools and materials safely and properly
- Maintain professional conduct in customer homes and businesses
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Requirements / What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable performing physically demanding labor and working with power tools
- Ability to work in physically active conditions, including:
- Standing for long periods
- Kneeling, bending, and working on floors
- Lifting materials and tools as needed
- Dependability, accountability, and a team-first attitude
- Respectful communication and professionalism
No prior flooring experience required, but a background in flooring, construction or trade is preferred.

- Occasional early starts or overtime may be required
Compensation & Classification
- Pay based on experience
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Yearly 40 hour bonus
- 90-day introductory evaluation period applies
