A well-established company is looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Parts Coordinator to support its in-house truck and trailer repair shop. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts for heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Maintain inventory levels, organize the parts room, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors for truck, trailer, and reefer components.
- Pull and stage parts for technicians while ensuring proper work order assignment.
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and submit completed invoices to accounting.
- Prepare repair quotes for owner-operators and lease drivers.
- Process warranty claims, core returns, and defective parts.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, inventory, and billing activities.
Fleet & Equipment:
- Kenworth, Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo, and Mack trucks.
- Dry van and reefer trailers including Hyundai, Great Dane, Vanguard, and Atro.
- Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration units.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts.
- Experience with shop management and/or invoicing software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills when working with technicians, drivers, vendors, and accounting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- $28.00 - $33.00/HR (based on experience).
