Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Stafford VA 22554
Settings: Center‑Based Program
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs./wk. | Monday–Friday (No Travels)
Compensation: $60 to $75 per hr. (Based on Experience)
Sign On Bonus: $3,000.00
Population Served: 18 months to 13 years
Reports To: Clinical Director

Position Summary
The BCBA will lead clinical programming, conduct assessments, design and monitor behavior‑analytic treatment plans, supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high‑fidelity implementation and compliance with PCABA’s safety and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill‑based assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS).
- Develop initial and ongoing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with insurance requirements and PCABA clinical standards.
- Provide structured, consistent supervision and training to RBTs/BTs, including modeling, coaching, and fidelity checks.
- Design and update skill acquisition programs based on assessment results, clinical best practice, and family priorities.
- Analyze data trends and make timely, clinically sound decisions regarding program modifications.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training using culturally responsive, family‑empowerment strategies.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation (session notes, treatment plans, progress reports) in accordance with Medicaid, insurance, and company policies.
- Provide ongoing clinical oversight of ABA programming in center‑based and home‑based settings, including DTT, NET, and other evidence‑based strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (schools, therapists, community agencies) to support generalization and continuity of care.
- Uphold BACB ethics, and organizational values in all interactions.
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and internal professional development activities.
- Weekly 1:1 meeting with Clinical Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Qualifications/ Work Requirements
- Must live in VA, Stafford, Woodbridge, Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong assessment, data collection analysis, and treatment planning skills.
- Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with at least 3 to 5 years driving history with a good driving record.
- Successful completion of background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Passage Health, or similar EHR systems.
- Experience with trauma‑informed care, early intervention, or community‑based ABA.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining compliance‑ready documentation.
