Responsibilities
- Manage the entire automotive financing process, including loan structuring, credit analysis, and title processing
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions
- Upsell additional products such as insurance, warranties, and service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure optimal loan terms while ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and other financial regulations
- Conduct thorough credit evaluations using industry-standard software like CDK and other financial tools
- Negotiate deal terms effectively with clients to close sales while adhering to dealership policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, loan processing steps, and transaction records in accordance with automotive sales industry regulations
- Stay updated on industry knowledge of financial regulations, including TILA, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), and other compliance requirements
Experience
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager within an automotive dealership or related financial services environment
- Strong background in automotive sales industry regulations and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management, upselling, and sales negotiation
- Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or equivalent financial software
- Excellent math skills including basic calculations for finance structuring and credit analysis
- Prior experience with title processing, contract preparation, and transaction structuring
- Knowledge of automotive financing options, insurance products, and credit analysis techniques
- Effective client communication skills combined with a proactive approach to customer service

Pay: $82,437.50 - $99,279.56 per year
