We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to join our Smoothie King team! In this role, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team members, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards
- Handle inventory, ordering, and product quality control
- Support scheduling and shift management
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Help drive sales and meet performance goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or food service leadership experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and detail-oriented
