Duties
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with consistency and flair
- Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing cash transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas to uphold food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling and food preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality or service
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Strong attention to detail in food handling, beverage presentation, and cleanliness routines
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and ensure timely service

Pay: $15.92 - $16.50 per hour
