Title: Production Roll Converting Machine Operator
Job description
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Each Production Operator is responsible for an individual paper and aluminum foil converting line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation and safety protocols. Our environment is light industrial, our culture is diverse and respectful.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Work Location: In person.
Shifts
- M-Th 6:30PM– 5:00PM (10 Hour shift)
- Occasionally Overtime & weekends
Helpful Experience
· Mechanical repair and maintenance, preferred.
· Production Line or Roll Converting operator.
· Press Operator/Mechanic/ Technician
· Packing or packaging
· Working in a small team or department

Responsibilities:
- Pack light weight rolls of Radiant Barrier building material, non-fiberglass onto a pallet (No masks needed!)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Load bulk rolls of paper and aluminum into unwinder and oversee feeding mechanism
- Ensure proper installation and calibration
- Continuously monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality production
- Perform routine quality checks throughout production process
- Perform minor machine repairs and daily cleaning.
- Inspect products and record quality observations
- Complete daily production, receipts, and shipping records
Requirements:
- Able to stand during entire shift and wear appropriate PPE
- Ability to lift 60 lb. and operate an overhead hoist safely
- Pass fork truck safety training
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Valid Driver’s License required, CDL preferred
