We are looking for a Comfort Advisor for a premier residential home services company in the Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, in-home sales role built for someone who knows how to run a consultation, present options clearly, and close with confidence and integrity.
This company runs a premium service model. The kind where technicians are trained to educate homeowners, not just fix problems. The Comfort Advisor is the person who takes a diagnosed need and walks the homeowner through their options at every price point, from a repair to a full system replacement. You will be given qualified leads, a strong install team behind you, and the tools to do the job right.
This is not a turnover sales role. It is not a service tech position with a sales component. If you have run in-home HVAC presentations, know what a good/better/best structure looks like, and can hold your own in a kitchen table conversation about a $15,000 decision, we want to talk to you.

Run in-home consultations with homeowners and present HVAC system options across multiple price points
- Diagnose customer needs in partnership with the service team and translate findings into clear, confident recommendations
- Build trust with homeowners quickly and guide them through the decision process without pressure
- Close high-ticket residential sales in the $5,000 to $25,000 range
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, proposals, and outcomes
- Represent the company with professionalism on every call

Minimum 2 years of residential in-home sales experience, HVAC strongly preferred
- Proven ability to run a structured presentation independently
- Experience closing high-ticket sales with homeowners in a one-call or two-call close environment
- Familiarity with options-based or tiered pricing presentation models
- Strong communicator who can explain technical information in plain language
- Lives in Los Angeles or Orange County
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
