Res Hab Direct Support Position
For a full-time position you need to be available to work in a 4/2 rotation.
Must be 18 years of age, have a driver's license, and car insurance
Location: Boise/Meridian/Nampa/Caldwell
About Us
Our Res Hab program is designed to help adults with Developmental Disabilities live in their own home, or with their families. We help teach skills and improve the quality of life for the participants in our program.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our Res Hab team, you will work with the participants to enhance their life, keep them safe in their home.
-Work side by side with other direct care staff in the home with you
-Work with participants to teach them skills and run formal programs with them
-Assist with medications and document them accurately
-Transport participants to appointments AS NEEDED.
-Become a mentor and help them make decisions regarding their shopping, budgeting, and daily life decisions
