Eliana Curated is a women-owned jewelry brand that transforms authentic vintage designer buttons into timeless, handcrafted earrings. We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team member to represent Eliana Curated at our Boston pop-up markets. If you love meeting new people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are excited by small businesses and beautiful products, we'd love to meet you.
The Role
As a Booth Manager/Sales Associate, you'll be one of the faces of our brand. You'll welcome customers into the booth, share the story behind our jewelry, answer questions, and help shoppers find pieces they'll love. Whether it's someone's first visit or they're returning for another pair, your goal is to create a warm, memorable shopping experience that keeps people coming back.
You'll also help bring each market to life by setting up and breaking down the booth, keeping displays beautiful and well-stocked throughout the day, processing customer purchases, and helping maintain a clean, organized space. You'll work closely with the founder and the rest of the team to ensure every market runs smoothly.
Schedule & Location
This is primarily a weekend position based at our pop-up markets in Boston Seaport (85 Northern Avenue) and Boston SoWa (500 Harrison Avenue). Market setup begins at 9:00 AM, the market runs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and breakdown typically wraps up around 6:45 PM.
Additional weekday shifts will be available during Boston's Snowport Holiday Market from November 6 through December 28.
Because you'll be transporting inventory between our storage unit in Stoneham, MA and our market locations, a reliable vehicle is required.
What We're Looking For
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but it's certainly not required. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You should be comfortable working in a busy environment, standing for most of the day, lifting up to 20 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience and wants to be part of a growing small business.
Compensation & Perks
We offer a $300 daily rate, plus performance-based bonuses tied to individual sales and overall market success. You'll also receive employee discounts, paid product training before your first market, and the opportunity to work closely with the founder of a growing, women-owned brand in a creative and supportive environment.
