SBA Lake Norman – Pitching Director
Help Build the Next Generation of Pitchers
SBA Lake Norman is looking for a Pitching Director to lead the development of pitchers throughout our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching, player development, and building a consistent pitching program from our youngest athletes through high school.
Responsibilities
- Lead pitching instruction during team practices for all SBA Lake Norman age groups.
- Develop and implement an organization-wide pitching philosophy and progression.
- Provide individual and small group pitching lessons.
- Communicate with players, parents, and coaches regarding pitcher development and throwing programs.
- Assist with workload management, arm care, and long-term pitcher development.

Qualifications
- Collegiate and/or professional pitching experience preferred.
- Previous pitching instruction or coaching experience.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Passion for long-term athlete development rather than short-term results.
- Ability to connect with players of all ages and skill levels.
