The Health Teacher provides instruction aligned with the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Health Education Standards.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree is required in education or a health-related field

Valid Massachusetts 5-8 teacher license in Health

SEI Endorsement
Responsibilities:
-
Create and deliver lessons aligned to the MA Health Education Standards
-
Strong classroom management
-
Effective communicator; communicates regularly with families, students, and colleagues
-
Work collaboratively with Sky View’s physical education teacher and district-wide colleagues
-
Attend monthly Wellness Committee meetings (virtually)
