Job Overview
We are opening a new location in West Carrollton, Ohio 45449. We’re looking for friendly and motivated Restaurant Crew Members and Shift Leaders/Managers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, helping to prepare food, serve customers, and keep our workspace clean and organized. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in the food industry.
Duties
- Assist in preparing and assembling menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, processing customer orders and sales transactions.
- Handle food service customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage.
- Support cash register operations by processing cash transactions and managing cash handling procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, slicers, and other food preparation tools.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items when appropriate to enhance their experience.
Experience
- Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices is highly valued.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Customer service experience that demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively and create positive guest interactions.
