Bohan Custom Remodeling and Build is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Annapolis, MD, to lead luxury residential renovations and custom home projects. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires strong leadership to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Manage luxury residential remodeling projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Collaborate with estimators, designers, and preconstruction teams to review scopes and project plans
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, craftsmanship, and design accuracy
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through progress updates, daily reports, and project photos
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage permitting, inspections, and project closeout documentation
- Lead final walkthroughs and ensure every detail meets Bohan Contracting’s standards of excellence
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing high-end residential remodeling or custom construction projects
- Strong background in whole-home renovations and large-scale residential remodels
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Buildertrend or similar project management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- A proactive mindset, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
