Requirements and Descriptions:
- Have fun
- Support the team, FOH and BOH.
- Show up for your shifts on time and ready to work.
- Be prepared to work outside in winter conditions.
- Full commitment for the winter season. No week-long vacations.
- . FOH Positions include Food Runner, Cashier, and Bar. You might be in any of these roles throughout the season.
- We tip pool with FOH and BOH. All positions are necessary to make this thing happen!
- Must have good organization and communication skills.
- Interacting regularly with customers in a positive way...Customer Service is what we do.
- Can read tickets and run food to appropriate numbers and customers.
- Being aware and clear tables every time you walk around restaurant.
- Can independently initiate and complete tasks during down times.
- Knowledge of restaurant service and/or ability to quickly learn the skills.
- Maintain positive relationships and attitudes towards co-workers and customers.
- Can work in demanding and fast pace environment.
- Hands full out of kitchen, hands full back to the kitchen. It is the motto of the job!
- Offers help and can be easily directed.
- Responsive to constructive criticism and direction.
- Regular side work and restaurant opening and closing responsibilities.
- Responsible for getting scheduled shifts covered if needed.
- Lift and carry 50 pounds.
