Plastic Injection Molding Setup Technician
2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm, Mon - Fri
3rd shift: 11pm - 7am, Mon - Fri
Starting Pay Range: $27 to $35 per hour based on experience
Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts

What You’ll Do:
- Follow part prints and control plans for inspection and quality measurements to ensure molded part meets dimensional requirements.
- Follow setup procedures to set molds/changeover injection molding machines for production.
- Set up and prepare auxiliary molding equipment for production.
- Reads work order, manipulates controls, and enters commands to specified set points.
- Perform machine adjustments to maintain part quality and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Ensures the proper mix of regrind/colorant material as per pick list sheet.
- Maintains clean, safe, organized work area in and around molding machines.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years injection molding experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality
- Ability to obtain tow motor license (in-house training)
