We are seeking an experienced Simulator Operator/Instructor to support the training and qualification of licensed nuclear facility operators. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with NRC and industry standards by developing and delivering simulator-based training sessions, evaluating operator performance, and reinforcing safe, reliable plant operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering or related technical field OR a current/past Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Certification/License .
10+ years of experience in licensed operator training and nuclear simulator operations.
Experience developing and delivering NRC-accredited training programs.
AP1000 Plant experience highly desired.
Strong understanding of nuclear plant operations, systems, and safety culture.
Proven ability to facilitate training for diverse audiences, including new hires and experienced operators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with operations, engineering, and training staff.
