Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating dump trucks to transport materials efficiently across various job sites. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, route navigation, and cargo handling will ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction, mining, or waste management projects with a focus on precision, safety, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks, tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently across designated routes.
- Load and unload materials such as gravel, debris, or Asphalt
- Follow GPS navigation systems and route plans to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel efficiency.
- Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and hazardous materials regulations during all operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, inspections, and delivery documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns before operating the vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery.
- Experience operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks is preferrerd
- Ability to operate GPS navigation systems effectively for route planning
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial trucking and dangerous goods transportation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $25.35 - $30.53 per hour
