Supervising, monitoring, and maintaining safe environment for children in their care.
Developing schedules and routines that ensure proper exercise, physical activity, rest, and play time for children.
Tracking child progress in following scheduled activities, and keeping children engaged in studies and exercises.
Encouraging and providing instruction in proper hygiene for children, including washing hands and participating in established good hygiene practices.
Changing and proper disposal of diapers of infants and toddlers.
Organizing activities in support of established strategies and curriculum designed to promote early-childhood learning of global cultures, practices, and historical events, along with encouraging exploration of child self-development interests.
Remaining alert for signs of emotional or developmental issues, and reporting observations to the center director.
Organizing meal and snack times for children, while ensuring compliance with ministry registration codes.
Attending organized training activities as set by the center director.
Performing other duties as assigned.
