Launch your counseling career with an organization that invests in your future.
If your goal is to become an exceptional mental health clinician, there's no better place to start than San Tan Behavioral Health Services.
Unlike many bachelor's level positions that focus primarily on case management or transportation, our Bachelor's Level Counselors provide meaningful, therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families while working alongside experienced licensed clinicians. You'll build real counseling skills, receive ongoing mentorship, and gain experience that prepares you for graduate school or the next step in your behavioral health career.
One of the things that makes this role unique is the flexibility. You'll have the opportunity to provide counseling services both in person and through telehealth. Working in both settings allows you to develop a broader clinical skill set while giving families greater access to care. Many clinicians enjoy the variety of seeing clients face to face while also having the convenience and flexibility that telehealth provides.
We believe that when our staff grow, our clients benefit. That's why we've created a collaborative environment where learning never stops, supervision is readily available, and every team member has a voice.
