- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale projects or events from pre-planning to execution in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience assisting with mentoring team members and contributing to an administrative community.
- Familiarity with Google products and services to efficiently support team projects.
- Ability to identify operational efficiencies and build collaborative relationships with senior executives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $96000 - $137000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Execute core administrative and program management tasks independently, anticipating needs and proposing operational improvements to support the team.
- Plan, manage, and independently drive small- to medium-scale team events and offsites from initiation through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Draft high-impact materials for internal and external audiences, and manage information flow by prioritizing and escalating critical issues.
- Establish exemplary trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, acting as a reliable bridge for the executive's office.
- Foster a team culture and assist in mentoring and onboarding new administrative professionals and team members.
