We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Carpenter-Handyman.
The Carpenter-Handyman, in partnership with the Project Manager, completes assigned projects on-time and on-budget, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle commercial repairs, maintenance in these areas:
General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
Painting Interior and Exterior
Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
(General understanding only) Plumbing and Electrical
Flooring Repairs
Handyman, General Repairs and Maintenance Work
Construction Operations:
Review project scope of work with the Project Manager.
Complete and submit daily job activity reports in a thorough and accurate manner.
Communicate any on-site issues to the Project Manager so that they may resolved expeditiously.
Job Requirements:
General experience in a variety of trades.
Great communication skills.
Dependable.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Must have tools.
Must have a smartphone with internet access.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
