- Maintain accountability and professionalism among crew members.
- Support and enforce site safety practices at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman and Project Manager.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of structural steel erection or fabrication experience (required)
- 1+ year of leadership experience (crew lead, lead man, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of anchor bolt layouts, crane signals, and field welding/bolting
- Ability to read and follow shop drawings and erection plans
- Physically capable of climbing, rigging, and working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have integrity, a strong work ethic, and pride in doing quality work
What We Offer

- 401(k) plan for long-term growth.
- Opportunity to advance to Foreman or Superintendent as the company grows.
- A tight-knit team environment where your work is noticed and appreciated.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone dependable, honest, and able to lead by example. A person who doesn’t cut corners, who takes ownership of their crew’s performance, and who earns the respect of their team through action, not talk. If you’re the kind of person who shows up early, sets the tone for the day, and takes pride in the details, we want you on our team.
