Role Overview
As an On-Call Caregiver / Office Assistant, you will support both our clients and our care team through a mix of hands-on caregiving and office support. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life

Monitor and document client well-being and report changes to the care team

Communicate, coordinate and schedule with family members and healthcare professionals

Assist with scheduling, preparing, and co-facilitating aspects of new employee orientation and onboarding.

Support office staff with data entry, filing, and maintaining client and caregiver records in compliance with privacy regulations.

Answer phones and respond to inquiries from clients and families, providing information as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or a related field

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Reliable transportation and punctuality
Bonus Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
