We're SerenLumi — a values-driven residential cleaning company based right here in Ithaca, NY.
We're growing, and we're looking for a Cleaning Technician who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of something special. No experience? No problem. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator, we will train you — and pay you while we do it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform thorough, high-quality residential cleanings in client homes throughout the Ithaca area
- Follow SerenLumi's cleaning checklists and standards to deliver a consistent, 5-star result every time
- Handle products and equipment with care and safety
- Represent SerenLumi professionally in every client interaction
- Communicate openly and promptly with management
- Be available for occasional on-call or short-notice assignments (Mon–Fri)
- Give lots of love, attention and belly rubs to the office dog (required)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Trustworthy, dependable, and honest
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Physically active — this role involves standing, lifting, and movement
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but is NOT required. We provide full paid training.

JOB DETAILS
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with possible on-call)
Location: Ithaca, NY (travel to client homes in Tompkins County and surrounding areas)
Pay: hourly + tips + performance bonuses
