We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planning Analyst to support major construction operations by coordinating project schedules, managing resources, tracking project documentation, and supporting daily construction planning activities. This role partners closely with construction management, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

- Coordinate and prioritize project schedules to support construction operations and critical maintenance activities.
- Maintain and update construction schedules to ensure project milestones and operational timelines are met.
- Track construction prints, drawings, and required documentation to ensure timely availability for project execution.
- Support construction management by monitoring project progress and identifying potential scheduling or resource conflicts.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, staff meetings, safety meetings, and other project-related discussions.
- Communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders and assist in resolving scheduling or operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, contractors, and customers.
- Support emergency restoration efforts by assisting with logistics, coordination, and resource planning as needed.
- Track project documentation before and after project completion, including data entry, asset commissioning, and print revisions.
- Assist with project reporting, documentation, and administrative support for the construction management team.
- Learn and utilize internal scheduling and project management systems.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in project coordination, construction planning, project controls, scheduling, operations support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and scheduling tools.

- Experience supporting emergency response or restoration efforts is a plus.
