Job Highlights:
Experience: 3–7+ years in commercial construction estimating
Role: Preconstruction leadership & bid strategy
Projects: Commercial interiors, corporate fit-outs, complex renovations
Tools: Procore, BuildingConnected, takeoff software (Togal AI/Bluebeam)

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop trade scopes with clarity and accuracy.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids using BuildingConnected and internal systems.
- Identify gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Leadership to align pricing with execution strategy.
- Participate in bid reviews and ensure estimates are fully vetted prior to submission.
What You Bring:
- 3–7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of trade scopes, pricing structures, and cost drivers.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (Bluebeam, Togal AI, etc.).
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, you don’t just price jobs, you understand them.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
