A typical week for you will involve the following:
- Attending Motion Calendar as well as taking and defending Depositions
- We make drafting legal pleadings and motions simple and to the point.
- Prepare for mediations, respond to motions and supervise staff.
- You will work with our very large, very skilled and helpful staff.
The following are the requirements:
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- You must be able to speak Spanish fluently enough to communicate with clients.
- Respond effectively to Motions, Motions for Summary Judgment and research.
- We only want driven attorneys that care and want to constantly improve and excel.
