Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse with Pacific Grove, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various treatments and procedures under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes, and update medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current Oregon RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
- One-year experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
