What You’ll Do
- Help lead daily operations of a 5-technician shop alongside the Shop Manager
- Assign and prioritize work to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Actively work on fleet vehicles, assisting with diagnostics and repairs
- Oversee repairs on tow trucks, diesel/gas vehicles, and heavy equipment
- Ensure quality work and eliminate comebacks
- Maintain shop organization, workflow, and productivity
- Train, mentor, and hold technicians accountable

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of diesel, towing, or heavy equipment repair experience preferred
- Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Must have your own tools that reflect your level of experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license (2 or fewer points, no major violations)
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening (no marijuana permitted)

This is a high-level, hands-on leadership position within our shop.
You’ll work directly with the Shop Manager as a key leader on the floor, helping drive performance, support the team, and ensure the shop operates at a high level every day.
We’re looking for someone who leads by example—not just managing the work, but doing it alongside the team when needed.
