Requirements: Working knowledge of cleaning, maintenance and repair of buildings,
fixtures, and equipment; ability to make a variety of simple repairs and
adjustments to buildings and equipment; ability to lift moderate weights;
willingness to perform routine manual work under all weather conditions;
physical endurance; and physical condition commensurate with demands of
the position. Applicants must be able to perform moderate physical labor,
be resourceful and reliable. Applicants must have and maintain a clean, no
points, valid Class D or better driver's license. Related work as required. Shift
start time(s) are subject to change to fulfill the needs and requirements of the
District.
