Overview
Adamstown Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with strong surgical and anesthesia experience to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys high-quality medicine, patient advocacy, surgical nursing, anesthesia monitoring, and being an important part of a collaborative veterinary team environment.

Position Responsibilities
- Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia patients
- Assist with routine and advanced surgical procedures
- Perform surgical preparation and patient monitoring
- Monitor vitals and maintain detailed anesthesia records
- Assist with dentistry and dental radiographs
- Place IV catheters and collect laboratory samples
- Maintain surgical and anesthesia equipment
- Support hospitalized and critical care patients
- Communicate effectively with doctors and fellow team members
- Help maintain efficient daily workflow throughout the hospital

Qualifications
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) required
- Previous surgical and anesthesia experience required
- Strong technical and organizational skills

Experience:
- veterinary surgical and anesthesia: 2 years (Required)
