Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential and/or commercial clients, ensuring high-quality work and excellent customer service on every job. Run your own van, build your own book of business, and share directly in the profit you create.
Pay
$15/hour base pay, plus a 20% profit-share bonus on every billable hour you generate. The more you work and the fuller your schedule, the more you earn — techs with a fully booked schedule can earn $25/hour or more in total pay.

Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical/plumbing work
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and flooring
- Diagnose issues and determine the best repair approach
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Travel to job sites and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide accurate estimates when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Working knowledge of carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
