HVAC Service Dispatcher
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed

What You'll Do:
Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments
Support daily scheduling and dispatch coordination
Communicate appointment updates clearly with customers
Maintain accurate customer records and service information
Schedule return visits and support follow-up communication
Help manage maintenance agreements and service reminders
Learn HVAC service processes, terminology, and scheduling systems
Support office operations while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills and comfort with learning scheduling software
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Administrative, customer service, call center, or scheduling experience is a plus
HVAC or dispatch experience is helpful but not required
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
