We are hiring two Directors of B2B Partnerships to build the affiliate network that drives families to our door.
What You Will Do
You will NOT close family deals. We handle that. Your job is to hunt, sign, and maintain the B2B partnerships that refer families to us.
Your targets are estate planning attorneys, wealth advisors, senior living community directors, hospice intake coordinators, funeral home directors, and family law attorneys. These are professionals who work daily with families who are in exactly the season of life where our service belongs.
In your first 12 months, you will own:
- Signing 100 or more active affiliate partners
- Building monthly touchpoint cadences with every partner in your book
- Negotiating referral partnership terms within our guidelines
- Tracking all activity in our CRM and reporting weekly on pipeline
Who We Are Looking For
You have 3 or more years of B2B sales or business development experience. You have an existing professional network in at least one of our target verticals. Estate planning, financial advisory, senior living, hospice, funeral, or family law. You have closed high-ticket consultative deals before and you know what a long sales cycle feels like.
You can talk about legacy. About what families lose when they wait too long. This is not SaaS. This is a conversation about someone's mother. If that does not resonate with you, this role is not the right fit.
You move fast. You take ownership. You hate slow. Utah preferred. You will come into the studio for team time and partner meetings when it matters.
Faith-driven candidates are welcome. Not required.
Compensation
- $1,500 per month recoverable draw for your first 90 days
- 12% commission on every family deal sourced through your partners
- Lifetime residual on all deals from your partners while you are with LLS
- $500 bonus for every partner who delivers their first deal within 90 days
- $1,000 bonus for every partner who delivers 5 or more deals in a calendar year
