We are looking for an experienced, welcoming, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
Order Execution: Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate dietary restrictions or special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar staff using our POS system.
Table Management: Deliver food and drinks promptly, check back regularly to ensure satisfaction, pre-bus tables, and manage bill processing efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Support fellow front-of-house and back-of-house staff by running food, clearing tables, and pitching in wherever needed to maintain a seamless flow of service.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized station before, during, and after shifts while adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest-first attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure during peak service hours.
Proficiency with POS operating systems and basic cash handling.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and carry trays or service items up to 30 lbs.
Pay: From $2.83 per hour
