Overview
We are seeking a warm and emotionally intelligent salesperson who excels at engaging clientele. Knowledge of jewelry, coins or watches is a bonus but not necessary. Full paid training is provided.
Primarily looking for a weekend associate.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport and establish a strong, trusting relationship with clientele.
- Maintain a warm, approachable demeanor and a low-pressure environment for the customer while discussing the potential sale.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
- Evaluate valuables like jewelry, coins, bullion, watches and more. We'll provide training as well as ongoing support from subject matter experts, so no background needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically and warmly with clients
- A passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication skills and judgement
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
