NECIC Staffing is hiring Welders and Fitters for a wire productsmanufacturer in North Royalton, Ohio. This facility produces industrial wire goods including filter bag cages and wire frames — and they're looking for candidates who can weld accurately, follow specs, and keep up with a consistent production pace on a 4-day schedule.
On-the-job training available for candidates with foundational welding skills who want to develop in a wire manufacturing environment.
**What You'll Do**
- Assemble and weld wire products, frames, and components to specification
- Set up and operate welding equipment on a production line
- Read and follow work orders and welding specifications
- Inspect finished welds for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
**What We're Looking For**
- Welding experience (MIG, spot welding, or resistance welding preferred)
- Ability to read simple blueprints or work instructions
- Physically able to stand for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attendance history — strict point-based attendance policy at this facility
- Reliable transportation to North Royalton, OH 44133
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
**What You'll Earn**
- $15.00–$18.00/hour based on welding experience and skill level
