What You’ll Be Doing
Every day looks a little different, but you’ll spend your time:
- Welcoming clients and creating an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Performing beauty services after completing our in-house training, including: Custom Airbrush Spray Tanning, Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination, Brow Tint & Wax, Teeth Whitening, Permanent Jewelry, and Ear Piercing
- Educating clients on products and services that help them maintain their results
- Keeping the salon clean, organized, and beautiful
- Working together with your teammates to create a positive environment
- Creating approximately two social media posts per month and engaging with our online community
Schedule
This position averages 25–40 hours per week.
We’re busiest Wednesday through Saturday, so availability during those times is important.
Schedules are created monthly and typically include a mix of morning, midday, and evening shifts. Evening shifts generally end around 9–10 PM depending on business hours.
We’re closed every Sunday.
Requirements
✔ Active Michigan Esthetician or Cosmetology License
✔ No experience required—we’ll teach the right person!
✔ Wednesday–Friday availability plus two Saturdays each month
✔ Comfortable working a flexible schedule
✔ Passion for providing outstanding customer service
