Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Respond to internet inquiries, follow up with digital prospects, and schedule showroom appointments.
- Inbound & Floor Mastery: Handle inbound phone calls and greet walk-in guests with elite hospitality.
- Product Expert: Learn the product lineup inside and out
- The Presentation: Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds, facilitate test drives, and guide customers through a transparent purchase process.
